3,4 kg of meat and vegetables (onions and peppers) are required for production of 81
kebabs with 42g each
Lay base plastic plate on table and place metal frame on to base plate and fill with 3,4kg of meat and
vegetables. See overleaf for recommended ingredients and preparation.
When filling is completed, place top plastic on to side walls. Insert skewers through guides and push through
meat and vegetables. Holding the top plate down, insert a common kitchen knife and cut through each slot
on both sides of the box. Preferably leave for 2 or 3 hours in chill conditions to set.
The top plate must be removed as soon as cutting has finished.
